 The finest clubs, like family traditions, trace their roots to strong contributions by individuals. These individuals create the environment in which comaraderie flourishes and new friendships begin. These individuals are called Members and at the University Club of Baton Rouge, we offer unparallelled value to those interested in a private golf club experience. In addition to one of the top ranked golf courses in the state, the University Club is home to the LSU Men's and Women's golf teams and The Chuck Winstead Golf Academy.
 Membership at UC is more than Golf, our Swim and Tennis Facility with  children's pool, covered cabana and four lighted tennis courts, and Clubhouse inspired by LSU's Italian Renaissance architecture features a members bar & grill, well stocked golf shop, and men's and women's locker rooms.
We offer several types of membership at UC. The various categories and fee schedules are listed below for your information. Please call Frank Gumpert at 225-819-0800 if you have any questions or would like to tour our facilities.
Categories of Membership:
Metro: For those whose primary residence is in East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Iberville, Livingston, West Baton Rouge, and Pointe Coupee parishes.
Faculty / Staff: Applies to current LSU faculty or staff. Requires a letter of employment from the University.
Junior Executive: For local golfers under the age of 35. Deferred initiation program and reduced monthly dues apply until age 35.
Senior: Golfers age 50+ can have access to the course Tuesday-Friday.
Regional: For those whose primary residence is located in south Louisiana but outside the Metro Baton Rouge parishes. This includes the cities of Lafayette, New Orleans, Donaldsonville, Marksville, Hammond, and St. Francisville.
State: For those whose primary residence is located in north Louisiana. This includes the cities of Lake Charles, Alexandia, Shreveport, Monroe, Ruston.
National / International: For those whose primary residence is located outside of the State of Louisiana.
Corporate: Designated member and his/her family has unlimited access to the club. In addition, the corporation will receive 60 guest passes per year for use by the compan's personnel and their guests. Corporate memberships are transferrable within the company.

*Membership in the University Club is conditional upon an annual donation to the Tiger Athletic Foundation (TAF) as determined by TAF. For current members of TAF, this is in addition to any current membership dues or donations. Currently, the TAF dues are $150.00 per year.
