Leslie McArdle was hired as Director of Food and Beverage in December 2005. She is responsible for the day to day activities in the grill, operation of beverage carts, and scheduling of catered events. She enjoys planning social functions for the members such as Buffet Night and Breakfast with Santa and the Easter Bunny.
Leslie has worked in the restaurant industry for almost ten years. While earning a hospitality management degree from the University of New Orleans, Leslie worked at The University Club as dining room manager. She increased customer satisfaction and developed important management skills. Once promoted to Director of Food and Beverage, she continued her education and graduated from Louisiana State University in 2008 with a master’s degree in business administration. She has acquired valuable knowledge in menu planning, staff development, and event management.
